Heyooo. This is The Next Move a weekly newsletter keeping you up to date with whats next in Sui, Aptos and the Move ecosystem. 🚀Mo is up to his normal stuff. In the news, on the air. A big article in Fast Company on the future of decentralized social. Aptos moons to $19 making its market cap about $20B and the crazy part is thats hardly the most newsworthy thing for builders this week. 👀

Heres whats up this week:

If Sui and Aptos are the blockchain organs that Facebook rejected, Ethos is the wallet.

The founders are ex facebook and Mysten Labs and some OG friends are on the cap table. This looks like the perfect recipe to give the future of web3 UX a run for its money. Ethos is definitely the de facto wallet for Sui. They also have a very active gitub.

Every one in the Move ecosystem is just begging for Sui to launch ASAP. Let's just say it's hard to manage runway when you building on an un-launched chain. 👀This testnet seems to be pretty legit though. We are finally getting some IRL progress on timestamps in Sui, before you only had time measured in days which caused headaches for devs. To test the system they have two games meant to generate chaos hitting the system in weird ways to see how it handles it. Chaos. Good news. Need a refresher on what happened in testnet wave 1?I recommend this report from Figment Capital.
