Ok, So it’s possible this is not fact. But it seems like an odd thing to make up?

A person who says they are a moderator for Pontem shared links to a blog that either didn’t exist or was taken down.

Jumping the gun with partnership announcements isn’t that abnormal so I’m expecting we will hear more soon.

Move is going everywhere. 🫡

Sui Testnet Wave 2 Results - Blog

Sui has not proven itself in the real world.

Testnet Wave 2 was meant to put the tokenomics and design of Sui through the paces with a range of nodes and activity to see wtf would happen.

It was a huge success.

If Sui can have stable gas fee’s with 7x increase in chain activity I think we have cracked one of the biggest UX problems of web3.

Mysten Labs partners with Alibaba Cloud - Coindesk

Mysten Labs has official relationships with Tencent & Alibaba now.
Aptos has one with Google Cloud.

I find it interesting that both teams have a strong Asia focus but Mysten seems to have a better knack for snagging cloud providers in Asia.

Wonder if they are exclusive?

It’s also mentioned that Mysten and Alibaba will explore possible payments and e-commerce opportunities together.

The potential of digital payments in a Super App powered economic region can not be understated.

Alibaba’s affiliate co Ant Group owns Alipay which serves 1.3 Billion users and 80 million merchants.
